The Sanchez distillery is committed to the conservation of wild agaves: in the second half of 2013 a nursery was built with about 8,000 Mexican agave plants of the Rodacantha variety, currently in danger of extinction.

STORIA: La distilleria Sanchez rappresenta la cultura, la tradizione e l’arte di Candelaria Yegole, un piccolo villaggio della Sierra Sud, con un terreno fertile sul quale crescono più di dieci varietà di agavi.
“Destiladora Sanchez” oggi rappresenta la passione di un popolo dedito alla produzione di mezcal artigianale. La distilleria Sanchez si impegna per la conservazione delle agavi selvatiche: nella seconda metà dell’anno 2013 è stato costruito un vivaio con circa 8 mila piantine di agave messicana della varietà Rodacantha, attualmente in pericolo di estinzione.
PRODOTTO: Il Mezcal Tobalà è il mezcal selvatico più conosciuto e apprezzato. Prodotto tradizionale di molte comunità e regioni nello stato di Oaxaca, questo mezcal ci mostra lo stile di vita e di lavoro personale di ogni Maestro Mezcalero.
