Otto's Athens Vermout

Otto's Athens Vermout
In 1840, the pro-Hellenian King Otto decided to move the capital of Greece to Athens, to fulfill his dream of returning the 2,000-year-old city and 8,000 people to the splendor of the past. Under the shadow of the Acropolis, in the cobbled streets of the old city of Plaka, King Otto lays the foundations of the new Athens.
It was then that Ioannis Vouher created the first vermouth at the request of King Otto, to honor an ancient Greek tradition and celebrate the new era. The Clumsies today is located a few steps from the ancient home of King Otto.
